A recent YouGov poll found that 63% of the UK population would vote to rejoin the EU, and further polling by Savanta on behalf of ITV found that it rises to 83% with 16-25 year olds. It's time to regain our rightful place at the heart of Europe.

A recent poll by Savanta on behalf of ITV Youth Tracker found that 83% of 16-25 year olds would vote to rejoin the EU. Young people are the future - it's time we listen to them and ensure that future generations are not held back by the disastrous decision to cut our ties with the EU.

It’s not just that a large majority want Britain to rejoin the EU, it’s the fact that the majority steadily continues to grow…

These words come from Mike Johnson, US House Speaker, who addressed UK Parliament this morning. However, if they are to have any meaningful impact, Trump's action must align with his speaker's words.

Dan O’Brien, chief economist at the Institute of International and European Affairs, says it cleanly. Britain is weaker outside the EU, and Europe is weaker without Britain, and Brexit has handed advantage to the bullies who see allies as leverage.

Wasn't Brexit supposed to 'save our NHS'? 🤔

Apparel Studio - Brexit cut our earnings in half almost overnight, then leaving the Single Market locked in the damage through tariffs that wrecked our margins. We were pushed into moving manufacturing abroad just to survive, which harmed quality and left us paying extra costs week after week. Businesses like ours cannot 'move on' when the penalties keep landing in real time. Access to the Single Market and the Customs Union would let us trade normally again and start rebuilding.

Access to the custom union and single market would save small businesses across the UK, like Apparel Studio. If we want to undo the damage to our economy, we need to undo the actions that caused them.

This is sad news. The USA gave sanctuary from war, famine and oppression to millions of our ancestors. The American Constitution inspires greater democracy, freedom & opportunities for all in Europe. We hope our values based friendship will mean the US soon returns to advance the work of @coe.int
