There was a moment in Amazing Spider-Man / Venom: Death Spiral #1 where, about ten pages in, I realized that they'd been doing something under my nose the whole time. Just a really delightful shoe dropping.

This is a very good shout, even though my personal wish is for Zendaya to become Venom (and the act of doing so gives her back the memories she had taken from her and her feeling of abandonment is amplified by the symbiote)

- This incident was clearly hurtful.
