Before/after! I added darts to the bust and back, made an inset bib with chiffon pintucks, piping and lace, replaced the collar, added lace to the placket, and moved the armhole up and added elastic to the sleeves. Very pleased.

How it started vs how it's going. Trying to decide if the hem needs lace. The sleeves will be baby blue chiffon cap sleeves.
