“Crew found a blown jumper (conductor) as a result of lightning. … That short term restoration following the isolation has an ERT of 5:30pm… The ERT for those customers that will be out while repairs are made is around 10pm - 11pm.”

SWBNO in consultation with the Louisiana Department of Health has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for a limited portion of the East Bank, which includes:

-S Carrollton Ave from S Claiborne Ave to the river
-S Claiborne Ave from S Carrollton Ave to Jackson Ave
