Iโm trying to make up my mind, started with Escape room last year, but lots of my new class have read it already as we had a visit from him last year. May do a book World Cup in the first week. Torn between The Explorer, Tyger and Polar Bear Explorersโ Club..I think, or something else! Ahh ๐คฃ

โThe Iguanadonโs Hornโ by @seancrubin.bsky.social is a truly brilliant exploration of changing understanding. It creates a picture of how in science, art and imagination are part of the process to finding answers. Exceptional #PicturebookPage
I share a lot of booksโฆespecially picturebooks.
Here are 15 picturebooks Iโm most excited about between now and Christmas.
Brilliant authors, amazing illustrators and some wonderfully creative stories. #PictureBookPage
Mine is โThe Power of Teacher Expectationsโ:

If is personal one for me, whilst speaking to a lot of themes I think are important. The evidence is far from settled, but I think it is worth pursuing on teacher expectations, beliefs, and self-efficacy too.
Have just added a couple of new links to my Reading for Pleasure Padlet (articles, resources and ideas for the classroom, videos, etc). Hopefully they're useful. All shares greatly appreciated! padlet.com/Jon_Biddle/r...
