Covered my first F1 race weekend as a social media admin this weekend and I have a new found respect for anyone barmy enough to be in those roles. The shift patterns, the constant scrolling and creativity, having to work at speed, working with journos to promote them... so, so tough. I tip my hat.

Couldn't agree more. All of them with impressive weekends. Antonelli had a horrible start, was double stacked and only finished three seconds off the win. Starting to see why Toto was like: "Yeah, we low ball Lewis."

And I'm not basing firm opinions on a one weekend sample size. I said it was a good weekend.

Keeping it 100 with you gang, no guarantee there's a DRR tonight. I've had 2 hours of sleep this weekend, I am absolutely cooked physically. I'll try and rest in the afternoon and see how I feel, but yeah... battery is empty to be honest.

Ferrari literally lost a shot at the 2024 WCC via in-season development, I wouldn't be so sure, but in-season dev race will be very important.

It's good, but Max wasn't there as a direct comparison. Need a bigger sample size.

PS: First third was really, really fun. The rest, not so much, think this racing platform is solid.

Can't wait for the engineers to ruin it in 18 months.

Cold Takes #7: Mercedes isn't a foregone conclusion. Don't think the win was ever quite on, but the strats didn't help. Ferrari's in play, and Max and Hadjar look SOLID.
