Group tried DOTI Hard Mode in WoW tonight, failed it 4 seconds in because I touched The Sand That Kills You™ and my game instantly disconnected me when I tried to jump out of it

The Lucid Nightmare mount, a secret mount in World of Warcraft with a series of riddles to solve.

The maze step of the secret is a procedurally generated series of rooms which are different for every player that steps a foot inside. Ultimately, it is 64 rooms where 5 contain colored orbs and 5 contain matching runes, with the objective being bringing each orb to the corresponding runes. The wrench in the gears of mapping these rooms is that one room is a teleport trap which will send you to a completely random room in the maze. It can be incredibly hard to visualize, as the maze layout is not strictly 2D, but keeping chunks like this got me there in the end 😅

My girlfriend has been telling me to do this secret for the longest time and the Mind-Seeker title was my final push to go and get it 🙌🏻
