The headaches after giving up coffee can be quite severe and unpleasant too.

I found this piece in my studio when I was moving. It, like a load of other paintings, had been stuck in a corner behind some piles of wood so I hadn't seen it since I first moved in.
I have a habit of finishing art work and then squirrelling it away like I am keeping it for winter.

It is slow going but today is a million times better than 3 days ago.
The physio gave me some stretches that are all variations on lying down and I am fine with that at the moment.
