Here's an earlier test print of a less developed, quarter section on a 0.4mm nozzle to prove the technique.

Prepping for a 4.5 day print with PLA and PVA, the latter of which is a water soluble support material and one of the only ways to achieve this geometry and detail on an FDM. It's 60mm^3, so that detail is very fine. 0.2mm nozzle. This is my design and its purpose is art.
