I’ve been biking for transportation since 2008 and my mom just now realized that means I sometimes bike after it gets dark.

I don’t know how to get across main to riverside without going through this intersection. (Or the south st one which is maybe worse)

Yes, I go through it every day as a pedestrian from the mystic path to Forest. Now I have to awkwardly maneuver a cargo bike to press 2-3! buttons if I want get across sometime this year. There are buttons for *each lane.* Used to be in auto recall.

I have a cold, which made me realize this is my first cold since 2020.

Reality is the traffic speed in a modern city is the same in as the horse & wagon days (11mph) and the only progress is less 💩 on the roads. But bikes actually go faster.

A driver honked at me repeatedly as I biked down a narrow one lane street. I figured it was because I as going too fast (19mph) so I slowed down to 10mph.

Good things are possible and we don’t have to settle.

The world is kind of crap these days, but my 74 year old mom sent me a picture of herself in a 🐤chicken onesie for the protest tomorrow and it definitely cheered me up a lot.

One of these vehicles is my new ride.

My bus was 1 minute away for 20 minutes and so I thought it had been raptured, but it was just traffic and it eventually showed up.

What time is the rapture? Because I for some meetings I want to go to, and some i want to skip.
