Next Level Games are pros at that, just look at Luigi's Mansion 3 and Mario Strikers Charged. Or the team who made Jungle Beat. That game was fun.

Still, a new 3D DK game sounds exciting.

Been meaning to say this for the longest time, but couldn't. I feel like Donkey Kong Bananza was at one point Odyssey 2, you could tell by the open world design. But they turned it into a DK game and Next Level Games did the models and expressions. DK and everyone else is super expressive.

An action-platformer on the top screen and any defeated enemy ends up on the bottom screen and those enemies get turned into puzzle blocks. The bottom screen becomes a puzzle game and you chain 3 or more of those enemy blocks and they power you up.

These 2 for me.

Was super hyped for Twilight Princess. It looked so good and was super excited when I finally played it.

Same goes for SMG. That game literally changed my life and how I perceive games in general.

One thing I hope is that both Nintendo, Playstation, and Xbox make a built-in app on their consoles to post things on Bluesky.

Would make sharing pics and clips much more easier. Plus it's free advertising for them and we all know any business loves free advertisement.

Nintendo has the best developers in the world. I truly believe they make the best games.

But it's their corporate/business/legal part of them that is terrible. The SW2 Direct and news that followed is proof of that.

Yes. Both can still exist on the same system.

Yeah. Nintendo wanted everyone to talk about the SW2 but not in the way they have hoped and it backfired on them. Every new piece of news after the Direct hasn't been good at all.

I know what you are saying, and it's sad that this is what it took for people to actually get mad at what's going on. But a win against all the bad stuff going on is still a win in my opinion.

I just wish people had more empathy for others though. Always treat others how you want to be treated.

I know what you mean, there's a million other things he should of been brought down for. But it doesn't matter what the reason was that brought him down as long as he is brought down for good.

But will be funny if video games is what brings him down lol A win is a win.

I only had the Black Widow and Thor because they came in the starter pack with the game. Don't remember if the Iron Man figure was part of it. But I thought the designs for all the characters were pretty neat.

To say it's been nothing but a disaster is putting it lightly. Nintendo said it spent years working on the SW2 in order to have a successful follow-up to the SW1 because they were afraid. And yet, they proceeded to mess that up somehow before release.

It's going to be an interesting console launch.

So much misinformation going on around with Switch 2 but that is Nintendo's fault there for not being transparent with that for confusing people. Every time we learn something new it isn't good.

Feels like the Wii U in a way. Where the average consumer thought the Gamepad was an add-on for the Wii.

I imagine you don't since you could buy the SW1 version digitally and then buy the upgrade.

I can see the logic here, they just most likely repurposed the existing SW1 carts rather than making dedicated SW2 versions on a cart.

I'm not a fan of them doing this at all. We'll see what happens.

Like just buy a cheaper used SW1 version of that game and then just buy the upgrade. Or, buy this "new" version for the upgraded version and just sell the SW1 cart. Though not sure or haven't read if you actually need the new/old SW1 cart for the SW2 version.

The most shocking thing to me is that yes, they are giving you 2 versions of the same game without having to buy it twice. Nintendo would normally want you to buy the game again in the past.

I think this is their way to screw over used sales. But there's a number of ways to get games cheaper

Damn, and here I was hoping for the SW2 version of MP4 was on a cart.

I imagine this is why they introduced that game sharing thing from a while back. To get around this issue without technically lending a SW2 version of a game for free, since someone would need to have owned it to "share it".
