I’d say that @stephencolbert.bsky.social is (with the lone exception of @maddow.msnbc.com) the most brilliant, humane person I’ve encountered in broadcasting. His mind works faster than anyone else’s at a level of sophistication that is unmatchable. Genuinely a generational talent.

We’re heading into an era of climate uncertainties with more extreme extremes. We have unemployed meteorologists all over this nation. They should be employed in state Govs, county Govs, city Govs, corporations, sports/venues, and so on.

Seattle! For weeks now, trained rescue response folks have been going into the Jackson Federal Building to witness, monitor, and video ICE kidnappings. Those folks ARE NOT BEING ALLOWED IN today...

Whenever law enforcement agents are given a quota of a specific number of people to arrest or detain, especially with the WH policy director screaming at their superiors to hit those target numbers, bad things are going to happen. Quotas always result in civil rights violations.

The thing about cancer is, Trump is making it easy for polluters to dump cancer-causing chemicals into our air and water, while defunding and firing people who work on cancer cures, while also ending millions of people’s ability to afford cancer treatment.

There is no bottom to this pit.

They are charging a sitting congresswoman with a crime for performing her lawfully required oversight of ICE.
