Started with compliments, they read [recent story], asked which one was most personal, later came back saying they read it, it should be a comic. Shows me some of their "work," proceeds to say how lucky I am they are open for comms.

I shut them down.

I want to be a bit more inspired by Zeraora and Lucario.

The arcanine in the trainers body has a huge grin and says: Hey kadabra! Use your psychic powers to make 'arcanine' forget he was ever human. The kadabra opens it's eyes wide to continue it's psychic powers. Panel 6. The arcanine is looking dumb as it can't remember anything. The trainer lifts a pokeball up and says: Arcanine, return.

You want to try being Arcanine so badly you ask your psychic pokemon to switch your minds... you didn't quite think about how Arcanine felt about this though.

Like, they didn't even talk about why they liked the story, or anything specific. Was skeptical from the start. Convo was like, "I read one of your stories, which one if the most personal to you" It almost sounded like a bot.

Of course I'd want a comic done, but not by them.

Oh, so slimy. Someone joined my Discord server, chatted me up a bit in private, and then tried to get me to comm them for a comic based on one. The way they did it was very used car salesman creepy.

It just felt wrong and violating. I don't do that to others.
