For those interested its a part of somatic therapy. Shaking the body helps the nervous system

I always wondered why I liked it so much, now I know it was just my nervous system thanking me for relief lol

So got told most therapies will not work for me and I will have to resort to physical therapies. And I shit you not one of the things I have to do is get shaken or jiggled

So now I have a nightly routine of my partner picking me up and tossing me around and shaking me before bed

My therapist suggested that I write letters to all the people who have wronged me and then throw them into a big fire.
I did that, and I do feel better, but I don’t know what I am supposed to do with all these letters.
