Ça, ça n'arrivera pas en 2025, et probablement pas non plus en 2026. Les Ukrainiens peuvent espérer au mieux une stabilisation du front couplée à une réduction drastique des capacités de financement de la machine de guerre du Kremlin via les attaques sur les raffineries.
