Not an Isaiah Stewart level of strong if you know what I mean.

I don’t think he’s v good. The only thing he has going for him is his body, which isn’t strong enough to do what his skill level needs him to do.

I think he can’t be anything better than a 4th guard until he gets his handle to a place where he can probe dribble. He offers nothing inside two point range. Defense is good, but not to SPJ good.

Clayton is pretty bad on defense, but I love his offensive game so far. SPJ is great. Might be our starting pg next year if we draft a different position.

Idk. I think Vince was too frail and older. I think MEM should with extend GG for low money this offseason or trade him if some else wants to take on the project. He needs another 2 years of minutes (and no injuries) to get a handle on the game.

Aside from the possession to possession decision making, and his general lack of passing or defensive awareness, he really has no in between game. He either eurosteps into some kind of contested finish or shoots a three. The other stuff are all the bigger problems, but it’s further lack of craft.

“A rotation player on a good team” is what I mean.

GG drives into the lane and gets called for a charge while Javon Small is standing wide open in the strong side corner. Hes made incremental steps this year but he’s still so far away as a rotation player.
