I think the only way there will be peace is to bring outside pressure to the situation and that can only happen if the facts are made public. We need to expose what is happening, so it can be dealt with. We are called to seek justice and pray for peace.

When I see what is happening in Gaza, it is a long history of abuse, which needs to be read from both sides. Should Hamas have attacked Israel on Oct. 7th? No, absolutely not! Should Israel be doing what it is doing in Gaza? Clearly not!

I think those things go together, but to bless someone is not to agree with everything that person does. Blessing must also be tied to justice. The land was given to Israel in the OT, but they lost it because they did not obey the law, like caring for their neighbours, widows and orphans.
