Cognitively, I feel more in-tuned with my daily activities. The brain fog around work tasks or even reading a book has lessened. More so, when Iโ€™m working out, Iโ€™m able to be more focused on the mind-muscle connection of the movements. Iโ€™m not losing focus and I feel like I have more mental energy.

Physically, strength and gym performance have improved. I did not take creatine the first 3 months of weightlifting. The metric of โ€œstrengthโ€ did not increase at the same rate compared to the last 12 months. Also, when I forgo taking it, my recovery takes longer, which impacts my performance.

You know what? Youโ€™re right. I started doing KB swings with a trainer in my beginner days, and he made me do these every 3 days, and my back never felt weak. I need to bring this back into the mix. Thanks man!

Too heavy for a 4-second negative, so I reduced the weight by 20 lbs. and finished my last two sets much cleaner than this. Going to take some good advice and start wearing a training belt too.
