I love to do DIY or Build Your Own Dinners with my family.

The interaction always leads to good conversation, and I try to pick some games that lead to good and funny conversations ( Pictionary , Outburst & my son wants to do Charades next week )

We also started the tradition of Waffle Bar Open House when they were in Middle School for NYE.

That was a blast.

Started about 9 or 10 pm and they all went home right after the ball drop.

I’m excited to do this again with my grandkids this NYE

Do you have a trade skill that you could fall back on if you could no longer do this profession?

By trade I mean a blue collar type job- construction, project manager, welder, mechanic.

Why or Why Not & do you think you should have a trade skill?

How many clients who are C Suite Executives or white collar professionals have a Trade Skill ( electrician, mechanic, welder, etc) they could fall back on if the current position was eliminated.

Today is THE day.

Quite possibly my last day.

Because

I am goi g to climb up my very very tall house and hang Christmas lights.

I normally do not decorate but my house has a very checkered past. And I feel like it could use some admiration.

I am currently redoing my home. In its past life it was a meth cook house that caught fire ( don’t they all ) so you can imagine the work. I’m doing it all myself, and I like to think my skill set is pretty good and my tool shed pretty stocked. And I’m not afraid to ask when I don’t know
