And changing the new zoning ordinance to keep the power with the Quorum Court, not the Judge.

The Judge strutting about like a peacock
Lisa Ecke referring to herself as a minority
Attempts to justify the term “identity politics “
And
Two unusual bipartisan agreements

My favorite part of Quorum Court tonight was watching the County Judge throw a self righteous hissy fit over JPs getting a raise. We are the third largest county but pay JPs at 3rd from the bottom, and he was big mad.

Usually, I leave Quorum court With a broken heat. Tonight, I left with a full heart.
I made a motion to fund the Washington County HIV clinic that was being cut by the county Judge.
It passed unanimously. 💕
