I would like to know why my legs and knee are hurting (knee is very sensitive), I have not a ton of energy (ok some of it is from lack of good sleep cuz of the legs), and not a lot of appetite.

I fell asleep while the first round of laundry was going. Now I just carted up the sheet & pillowcases, and had to lie down before attempting to wrestle onto the mattress.

Haven’t had much appetite lately. Treated myself to an 8oz steak yesterday & it was too much (but I finished it) 2/3

I hate feeling so … not right.

My leg is still bothering me, tho a good massage & adjustment followed by some sleep (in my super firm bed) helped.

But like I had a mostly free weekend save said massage & some errands. So I wanted to change my sheets cuz it’s due. 1/3
