Yes some of them should have lighting in them if i remember correctly, it just depends on the mouse you get, (mine doesn't, personally) but also Yes you can do the whole color changing and everything as well with it.

Ive swapped over to Logitech styled Mouses, they are a little bit more towards the price side of things, however they are super reliable and the Logitech app you get with them makes it super customizable as well. Do recommend them.
