It is a good tool for focusing on what is truly important and where you should focus. The challenge is the nonstop, urgent things that constantly pop up in an administrator's day.

Such a good point! As a teacher, I love to talk, but it is good to remind myself that I have two ears but only one mouth for a reason ☺️

People will rise to the challenges you give them...when they are seen and know they can take chances. Meanness has no place in leadership.

I would use ChatGPT and Magic School to help draft emails to families or to help revise drafts that I had written. I also use Grammarly to help with my coma splices 😄

I liked to use it in science to point out possible misconceptions students might have.

It is very much a subjective assessment of if the student is actively engaged and participating.
