Excited to share our latest work! We present a one-pot photochemical route to 4-chromanone-fused estrones via tandem photo-Fries rearrangement and oxa-Michael cyclization.
This continues our collaboration with Sergio Bonesi on steroid photochemistry.

One of them inhibits both Zika and SARS-CoV2, possibly by targeting host lipid droplets.
