What's the logistical issue? I purchase a product; they ship it to me. Random people on eBay are just fine sending me consoles from the US for $40-50. It's 2025, they can absolutely offer it at the customer's expense very, very easily. Doesn't need to be wholesale orders anymore.

They can get fucked until they start selling and shipping to more countries themselves. My Index cost US$1600 and it's about US$1000 for a Deck, because they only do exclusive distribution with local retailers in NZ.
I have to assume they can't keep up with our consumer protections themselves.
