I think I stumbled upon the title of the next book I want to write. Don't want to share it yet, but just the title made me so excited, I jotted down a dense outline in my journal. It felt like a "flow" moment. It was as if all these varying thoughts and influences converged. Maybe in 2025...

One of my favorite sections from the Spanish mystic, which came to be known as his teaching on Todos y Nadia’s (Everything and Nothing).

That’s a classic. Read that my first year of seminary.

In my younger years, I earnestly wanted to make big waves/changes in the world. Then, the immensity of the world's complex problems changed that.

My task has changed, and I heed the wisdom of Ignatius of Loyola: "You want to reform the world? Reform yourself first, or all else will be in vain."

Leading up to the election, I increasingly saw how social media has become toxic.

As a result, I pulled back hard and reevaluated the type of work I do/want to do in the world.

My plan is to only follow people who post what is good, beautiful, true, and loving.

Any suggestions?

This is a spiritual task, to be sure.

I, myself, am working at being more grateful and have already noticed that I take life a little less serious.
