The problem for me is that... I don't know which one I am! I love strategy and think of myself as a creative person. But my fulfilment comes from execution. Maybe I'm an operator who just happens to lean more creative than systematic.

We are having some interesting conversations at work about "Strategists" vs "Operators". The thinking is that some people tend towards one or other.

Working at @buffer.com doesn’t automatically make me a content creation expert. In reality, I’m still finding my groove: experimenting with new tools, discovering my authentic voice, and figuring out what kind of content truly connects with people.

Like A Version is such an amazing (and long running) series.
