We force the children to be there often at times that make it inconvenient for parents to feed them AND get them to school AND then get to work on their own. Breakfast and lunch for free and recess for everyone. I understand you think that highschoolers don't need it but they do.

It should be noted Kenta is not adopted by a baby. The kid is firmly like 4 years old and is VERY determined to make sure that Kenta takes care of him and also he drags the Pit Babe crew into taking down someone else's criminal enterprise. And he gets everything he wants.

Difficult to tell if Pete would WANT kids with Chris. I can see him wanting them with Way, I can see him wanting them in general, but I think if Chris was like 'no' Pete would move on. He's got other ways to keep Chris in his life.
