@herogames.bsky.social - I just wanted to give you a quick note, since I bought the 6th edition yesterday: I played 1st edition in the early 80s, when a friend got a copy. We played it for many years & I still use the nickname of my Champions character for various websites.

In the back of my mind, this all reminds me of the run up to the Holocaust, where Germany tried to ship Jewish people to other countries, which refused to accept that.

I'm not 100% sure they haven't hired El Salvador to kill people Trump has deported, rather than imprison them.

Parents need to act on reports of bullying. My parents didn't, even when I came home after being beaten in a field by three older teens. The effects of that linger 40 years later and I still remember their names. There are always options, but all depend on action.

A likely obvious point, but if you want the next generation to avoid the mistakes of the current generation, you need to share the news and increase their knowledge. Conservatives utterly depend on low-information voters. Don't let your kids be that. #knowledgeispower
