A main reason I haven't done a lot of projects over the past decade is the unwillingness of most companies now to pay any artist good enough that I'd be interested in working with them enough to make it worth their time & effort... /2

Curiously, given a major MAGA battle cry was "NO MORE FOREVER WARS!" Trump today blithely proclaimed wars CAN go on forever, sounding rather like he expects this one might & he has no problem with that. (Apparently, there's no reason it wouldn't be an economic viability...)

like, say, if they have evidence top security documents "liberated" by Trump $omehow ended up with the Iranian gov't...

Suggesting a couple possibilities:

They were fired b/c they were uniquely positioned to argue against the administration's argument that Iran is or would soon become a direct threat to the USA. /2

The interesting thing about Kash Patel firing the FBI's team of Iranian experts - specializing in threat assessments & crimes against the USA involving foreign nations - is they were fired under the auspices of punishing FBI agents involved in the Trump stolen top secret documents case. /1

Lemme get this straight... Our unprovoked attack on Iran was preemptively retaliatory b/c Iran had... um... ah... urgently... uh... imminently... what exactly?

The State Department sent out a notice that morning & said, basically, wrap up you affairs, pack your bags & get out of town by sundown, or we can't be held responsible.

Of course, they ARE responsible...

Offended in all directions, he was affronted, taken aback, & beside himself with indignation.

People keep calling Trump a narcissist, but he isn't. He's a solipsist - to him, he's the only thing that matters in the world - & proved it all week, whether announcing dead soldier or "honoring" live ones, unable to be interested or concerned or regretful about any of them. Like theu didn't exist.

But it's patently obvious to pretty much everyone that this is not a good war...

But it wasn't because he felt like it. It's because his ratings are in the toilet & being further sucked into the flush by the second, people won't let go of Epstein, & courts keep ruling against him, & the theory is nothing stirs up patriotic fervor & support for a president like a good war.
