Earlier this year, my colleague asked me to take down a post celebrating Juneteenth because WHITE PEOPLE in my town were mad. I didn’t take it down, but she did. She just asked me to do posts for Christmas Day. I told her I wasn’t doing holiday posts anymore & she could do them if she felt inclined.

Amazingly, Albertsons was fully stocked with all the groceries I needed. That may be a first! Now I have all my recipe components complete and it will just be a matter of putting them together!

I finished my cooking schedule last night so I’m just tweaking things here and there for later this week
