Never forget that Norman Rockwell, debatably the most famous American artist to ever put brush to canvas, was not afraid to show the ugliness along with the good. Having his work/reputation sanitized and trimmed into marketable nostalgia is about American as it gets.

I played Beginnings on NSO but Earthbound via emulation w/ the run feature added. It's fun, very cool conceptually, definitely playing this again after I start Mother 3.

Also played Earthbound for the first time and currently at the final dungeon. I got rocked. But didn't have any healing items. I'll try again Friday. Really dug this one. It's literally Mother 1 with more stuff. Not sure what the next game will be on my list. We'll see.

Small update: I'm not on hiatus, I've been sick w/ a really nasty cold. I caught it after the show I went to after streaming. This is the first time I've been sick since 2-3 years ago w/ COVID. Before that I think I was sick around 2016-ish?? My immune system is sick AF lol. Also commissions opened!

Disney has never "made" money on subscriptions. So they aren't in a position to take a hit on subs or anything else. They hemorrhaged for 1 wkend and cried "uncle" on Monday. Please don't let up. We need the other monopolies to back off as well.
