If a movie has 50%, half of all reviews are more positive than negative and the other half are more negative than positive. It could be that the people who liked it thought it was just ok and the ones who didn't hated it, or vice versa. It's just an aggregator!

It measures the percentage of positive reviews vs negative reviews. If a movie has 0%, that means that every review was more negative than positive. It's possible that every one of those reviewers was just kind of meh about it, it doesn't mean that each critic personally gave it the equivalent of 0
