On the topic of "green theology" I was looking for a particular poem this morning and happened to find this, by Meister Eckhart, 14th century theologian. I added one of my photos to share this image. Green theology looks at faith through the lens of creation, with lessons for environmental care.
15.12.2024 15:00 β π 1 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0Sadly, THIS is why the left has a bad reputation. Blue Sky is filled with anti-religion memes and posts -- as well as crude language and anger. It feels very intolerant. Maybe there needs to be a new political party because of the intolerance of the hard left.

05.12.2024 14:20 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I posted that I want to read news about topics like sustainability, agriculture, green jobs, etc., but I have to admit that "good news" stories don't draw me in like conflict-filled stories about US politics. So amending that: more stories about this work, but including the conflict & drama.

30.11.2024 16:38 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0My news-watching goal for this year is to pay more attention to global stories, especially agriculture, sustainability, green energy, transportation, jobs, youth employment. Because: (a.) less emotional focus on MAGA; (b.) by following these topics, we can amplify good leadership around the world.
26.11.2024 12:41 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0From a global lens there'll be interwoven stories: Global migration fueled by civil wars/violence; plus the climate crisis; plua a mystery: WHY did people respond with anti-environment, anti-migrant movements rather than using our technology/engineering and resources to address root problems?
