Finished dragon age origins, as a city elf. Good game, my God is the combat punishing though. The scaling is just weird in the game. For example a minor story boss in the middle of the game, is actually the hardest boss in the entire game, beyond the final boss. And there's no lore reason why

Today I got to play my Cursed Halo 2 mod 4 player (somehow) with williaso & Vengeful Vadam, a youtuber I watch and a very well known halo modder (whose halo tutorial is what the first modding tutorial I used) respectfully. It was very fun!

Today I did work, spent about 1.5 hours cooking dinner and spending time with boyfriend, 2 hours working on 1.4 update for my mod, 1.5 hours studying quantum mechanics and 1 hour drawing 5 organic protective boxes

Now imo this is fantasy, but if you think anything you draw means you condone in real life, you can easily make this argument...

I'll say I played the OG Halo since launch in 2001, I've played through Halo 1, 2 and 3 over a hundred times and we even used to be glitch hunters. I've played through the other halos at least once, and have read the first 3 halo books.

That and modding halo 2 extensively

Last year was the year of stability and this year is the year of creativity, where I focus on my creative output. I'm particular I want to focus on learning how to draw and finish my comic that I've been writing for some time

My mod got mentioned by infernoplus (original creator of cursed halo) on a halo quiz show that I like to watch.

Literally this was one of my goals was to have my mod mentioned on the williaso tv show

I mean obviously if he didn't renounce all that stuff I wouldn't exist, because he married a non-jewish woman that was my grandmother. So if he was a practicing Jew he would have married someone else.

I've been thinking, my grandfather fled Nazi Germany as a Jew, but most of his family was killed. So, I assume due to the trauma, he renounced both his Judaism and his German heritage. Because of that I neither speak German as a second language nor am I Jewish.

For context I had a lot of discussions with your coworker about physics, but didn't realize he had a degree in physics until 6 years later. Now that I know he has a degree im finding think about him differently and see him as more knowledgeable than before

Holding myself to account: I'm thinking of my coworker differently now that Ive discovered they have a degree in physics. I shouldn't do this, I should not put "degree in physics" as a magical standard to say "oh this person understands physics".

Just fyi the only thing you have to do is submit a picture of your face (or rather, anyone's face), it gets confirmed by AI and then is immediately deleted, no drivers license or any ID required. Extremely easy to get past

And yeah it's good, I still prefer 40k rogue trader but expedition 33 is probably my second favorite (third if you include poe 2) game is the year.
