jhope71 12h Winnie update - she's eating more, breathing better, I think she's on the mend. However, the vet just got arrested for murdering her husband last night, so l'm not quite sure what to do if Winnie needs a followup appointment. (Yes, really, MURDER. I'm freaking out because I spent all Saturday morning with the vet, one on one in the exam room and she was lovely and very helpful. WTF?)

That's wonderful.

A full length mirror carries the image of an angel. Angel and human figures ascend amd descend a stairway which reaches up to the highest point of the sky. Lower half of picture is stars in night sky but the upper half is a glorious reddy orange with sun at xenith of picture. At feet of lowest point a figure half dressed in toga spans half the width of portrait.

I think Starmer would be this way regardless of media double standards re politicians’ behaviour. It’s who he is & the restoration of trust is, for him, a matter of national interest. You have to hope it also crystallises into a real reputation for probity & integrity. But it’s far from guaranteed.

I think it would be wise.

There is a reflection of the bridge and pier in the water. Everything fades into the fog as you move to the right of the image. I love shooting in fog. I wish I could get more practice, because it isn’t easy. I guess I could just practice more period! I’m so frustrated with my foot that I can’t get out there and shoot. On the other side of that it’s fun going through all my archive images. Is anyone reading this?
