With them telling us just 3 days before the accounts cancellation, I felt like there is nobody and nowhere I can place my displeasure in.

I came on here to rant about it because this game has saved my life, not just once, and it has accompanied me through the most difficult years of my life and it still is.

The beta program is an appendage to that, but it is still part of it, and it feels hard to let it go.

and overall it has been significant for the growth of the game as we know it today, with feedbacks coming from both the testers and the non-beta testers.

Ultimately they plan on resetting the progresses periodically on each of the accounts, which makes me not want to try applying again.

Honestly it feels weird to be so secretive of this all of a sudden, it kinda wasn't the point of testing since the very start. Asking for players' opinions has brought the community together over the years, made tons of YouTuber blow up on their careers

I feel emotionally attached to my character, the progresses I've made and the amount of time spent in the program.

It feels like I just got fired sob :')

The testers do it for free, using their free time, there is no contract between tester and developer, yet they suddenly require an nda.
