Unfortunately on the bike today because my legs need the day off. But I’m not too upset because I’ve ran 70 miles in the last 6 days. There’s no point of running yourself into an injury. Goal is to do 21 miles on Saturday so I need my legs to be fresh. Recovery is where you actually improve.
