today, I visited the library I grew up going to every weekend. It met my expectations. art and architecture surround books and the chairs are cozy. All libraries should be inviting and inclusive spaces.

One thing that helps is finding stillness and writing about 40+ years of trauma. When too many thoughts are swirling, tarot helps me focus, direction is found. (Somnia Tarot) Balance and Strength in healing + life will be found in the darkness + elements will connect me to my healing journey.
