+++ On this day, the 6th of August 1979, #Bauhaus released their landmark debut single 'Bela Lugosi's Dead'. +++
It was recorded live in a single take at Beck Studios in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
It was the first thing they recorded together, just 6 weeks after forming.
