These bills ignore science, doctors, and families, and if they sound familiar, it’s because they keep coming back year after year — these lawmakers are counting on exhaustion. But Missourians are organized, informed, and ready to fight back.

➡️SB 861 attacks evidence-based health care and would make Missouri's ban on gender-affirming care for minors permanent.
➡️SB 999, also known as the “Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act,” would undermine medical judgment, spread misinformation, and advance a dangerous anti-abortion agenda.

🚨 Update on MO lawmakers' proposed abortion ban: A Missouri Appeals Court ruled today that the proposed language for an anti-abortion ballot measure—which Missourians will vote on next year—was insufficient and issued new language.
