Number 1, Kincaid is a Democrat not a Republican. And number 2, people don't like the fact they could be randomly attacked and killed by a homeless person with mental illness. Number 3, I guess you are ok with homeless women with mental illness. Being sexually assaulted over and over again. Every time that happens. People like you are responsible for it.
