I know that's right. For us it's in a category called Quick Attack (we named them all after pokemon moves). So basically same thing. High priority alongside Rent, Pet Stuff, etc

The luxury of YouTube Premium cannot be overstated.

They do but they do not use the same muscles as traditional reading and I really need to use those muscles. I feel the same way about manga/comics. All valuable and valid but not the same.

15 would be a big step up for me. Some days I read like 3 pages lol. I usually walk on the treadmill after my workouts so that gives me 15-20 mins right there but if I have to cut the treadmill for time or miss the gym the system falls apart.

I'd love to sit & dive in for longer but these games lol

Last year I only read one book (which was a hate finish 🥲) and one or two manga. More than nothing but not even close to where I want to be.

I feel like 3-4 books a year is minimum. 6 is solid. 12+ is ideal.

This year I’d love to do 6+ but rn I’m just focusing on daily reading even if it’s small.

Finally halfway done with the fiction book I’m reading. 🙏🏽

Something I have a really hard time with is balancing knocking out tasks that only take like 5 mins and avoiding constantly taking on the 5 min tasks and thus losing focus on longer tasks. Maybe I'll add an admin Pomodoro at the end of every day and just put all those there idk.
