Star Trek is so hard to pitch to friends to watch. 'do you want to watch a show that's largely about ethics and the building of an ideal future for humanity, but is also sexist for the majority of it's existence, oh and also there's 920 episodes of it and fourteen movies'

i can't function like a normal person and i'm expected to just live like this. all i want to do is sleep and i can't even do that because laying in bed makes every joint in my body scream

i'm so exhausted all the time, i can barely function, i've gained twenty pounds in 3 months and i've let so much of my health go. i'm in horrible pain and at my worst mentally and yet i can't seem to get doctors to even sniff at a reason why.

i wish i knew why this year has been so difficult for me but i have just never escaped this deep bout of depression that started in november, and it feels like every week something happens that sinks me in worse.
