I can report that cake was nibbled on. Lesbians, not nibbled on (at least not by me). It was nice, even if it took 25+ minutes in line to get a drink. Saw an old friend I have not seen since pre-Covid lockdown days. I might go back. For Toronto peeps, it's Cake Cabaret at Danforth and Pape.

I bought a new lovely blue velvety cushion cover from ikea to fancy up the bedroom and guess who’s so in love with it? She feels very regal when looking down on her subjects.

One last look at the public art along Woodbine beach. Next year I’ll go when it’s actually winter, the snow and ice would add a lot to the experience.

Here’s some more from this years Winter Stations. It’s called this because each project incorporates a lifeguard “station” - if you look closely you’ll see them.

Finally made it to Woodbine beach for Winter Stations, an annual public art / design installation along Lake Ontario. I adored them all!

The 65 bus was very delayed but it was all worth it in the end because check out this beautiful early evening light. #yyz #ilovetoronto #spring
