I intentionally subscribed to your service last year, and assumed an auto renewal was on the way... BUT instead the auto renewal hit me from Curiosity Stream, which was a bonus that I didn't pick and couldn't de-select when signing up.
Blatant bait-and-switch.
Please help me fix this.
