Not discounting there is unscrupulous behavior. It just seems less about the business model and more about the people involved. But I like learning about all aspects of it.

In AZ it’s not the state bar granting licensure, it’s administered by the Supreme Court. And the ABS members, lawyers and non-lawyers, are subject to discipline. It’s still UPL for non-lawyers at an ABS to give legal advice.
