Itโ€™s #InternationalDayofDisabledPeople today and I attended an important event in the Senedd focused on disabled people, their needs and the organisations that support them.

A dark green graphic describing six highlights from Sioned's week bilingually, including speaking in the Senedd to mark White Ribbon Day, meeting senior leaders from Save The Children, taking part in a panel discussion on tackling poverty with Trussell, distributing a survey in Clydach, speaking at an event in the Senedd to mark Islamophobia awareness month, speaking at a PANTRY foodbank concert. At the top is "Sioned's Week Wythnos Sioned" in white writing with today's date next to it. Down the left hand side are six light green tick marks with each of the six points roughly aligned with these. The writing is in white. Itโ€™s a disgrace 1 in 4 people in Wales are in fuel poverty. Everyone should have the right to be warm and healthy in their homes.

Mae'n gywilyddus bod 1 o bob 4 o bobl yng Nghymru mewn tlodi tanwydd. Dylai pawb gael yr hawl i fod yn dwym ac i aros yn iach yn eu cartrefi.

Hard to find words to describe the disgraceful way Labour are legitimising far right arguments.

Westminster needs to solve the huge inequality which exists in our society, not deny people fleeing war and persecution the chance to settle and contribute.

Heb ymgorffori hawliau dynol yng nghyfraith Cymru, bydd pobl yn ddibynnol ar ewyllys da llywodraeth.

Mae'r amseruโ€™n allweddol, oherwydd rydym yn wynebu symudiad pwerus yn erbyn hawliau dynol sy'n bygwth ein rhyddid aโ€™n lles.

Without putting human rights into Welsh law, people in Wales will be left to rely on the goodwill of government.

The timing is crucial, because we face of a powerful, coordinated anti-human rights movement, which threatens our freedoms and wellbeing.
