I've updated my wall with the 36 (!) copies of Escalate Bloodshed that people traded me at Nats.

36 signed routs found a good home and I got a great new conversational "art piece". Thanks to everyone who came up and said hi over the weekend!

This will be my 5th US nationals event, so I decided to use the beautiful 5th anniversary playmat.

Haven't seen this level of engagement with a video in a long time.

If the LL point adjustment for a hero's age was implemented in HNT, there would be ~30% fewer LL points injected into the system. The new heroes are getting the lion's share of LL points. This didn't even factor in Enigma, Zen and Aurora, which would have skewed this even more.

In an alternate universe..

~4 years ago I was playing Ira and I kept getting destroyed by Dorinthea.

I decided the best strategy was to play Dorinthea and learn how to counter her. I never went back to Ira, and the rest is history.

I am getting destroyed by Mario these days. History may repeat itself.

I was wrong, CYB+AB3+Jubeel is not the solution to beating Florian.

I thought beating Aurora & beating Florian were two different problems. They are the same problem.

This is why #fabtcg is such a beautiful & complex game, even with 4 years of experience, I have a lot to learn.

This has happened 3 times. Every single time an illusionist leaves, the meta becomes... noticeably different let's just say.

What I'm saying is some days I miss Dromai too =)

After losing two top cut PQ matches with DB Dori to stack Florian and CYB fatigue bravo I am going to bring Jubeel/ab3 and Decimator Greataxe to all events going forward. Fight fire with fire.

This card has been REALLY overperforming in DB Dori. Turns out majestics are good.

What makes Fang a Warrior? He puts you into "dammed if you do, dammed if you don't" situations just like every other Warrior. Beautiful design.

I realized today that the Decimator Great Axe dealing 4 damage, 1/10th of a player's life total, is such a flavor/naming win. Bravo LSS.
