As some who beat the finale with oguri, 1) Get both speed and power cards for her 2) For legacy, get someone that specializes in power and speed (the combo I used was Bakushin and McQueen) 3) Make sure her main stat above all else is power.

Doing a challenge with a friend to see who can get Haru Urara a URA Finale win in the least tries.
